CDBG-DR grantees are responsible for ensuring that programs and program participants – including subrecipients, developers, contractors and other funded entities – comply with state, local and federal government monitoring policies. To ensure compliance, grantees will develop a compliance monitoring policy for the CDBG-DR program and must verify compliance through accurate reporting and recordkeeping that spans the entire lifecycle of the program.
