CDBG-DR monitoring is an important process to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations and to prevent any findings from HUD. IBTS developed this on-site monitoring review checklist for use in Cleveland County, Oklahoma’s, CDBG-DR program, which funded 10 infrastructure projects and other smaller projects.

The checklist was strategically designed by IBTS to meet the needs of Cleveland County’s program, but is based on HUD’s monitoring guidelines. It can be adopted for use in any CDBG-DR infrastructure program, however it should be adjusted to meet any state and local requirements.

Compliance managers can download the checklist as a PDF form to monitor compliance throughout the life cycle of the program and ensure they are fully prepared for HUD audits.
